Dr Mauricio Bará led a company called Agro-Industrial Consultants in El Salvador, Central America, the company specialised in preparing projects for funding with the World Bank and the American International Development (AID) in the area of cattle and swine production, with local banks the company prepare submissions for finance in the area of agricultural-livestock integration particularly with small holders and cooperatives of the land reform.

Apart from project preparation and submissions, the company was heavily involved in project development, implementation, consultancy and training.

It is that experience of working with small holders, cooperatives of the land reform and also big intensive and corporate producers that Dr. Bará is offering to government agencies of South-East Asia and the Pacific region.
